What is your return policy? how many days do I have to return a product?
Exchanges / refunds can be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. Please note that the returned must be send back within 14 days of the delivery date.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. International returns initiated due to refusal/fail to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a €25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items that were bought with a discount (during a sale period or with a discount code) will be refunded as store credit.
A return order must be in new condition to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. The item must be in its undamaged, original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the labels has not been removed.
- Items purchased at an other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to amorsains.com. These items can be returned using the same channel of the original purchase.
How can I return my order?
If you would like to return an item, you must notify Amor Sains within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item. You can do this through the online return center.
Please follow the return instructions below:
- Start the return process by using the online return center
- Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
- You can bring your package to your local post office.
- Please note, Amor Sains is not liable for items which get lost or damaged. We recommend to insure the items.
- Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
